Bond Elut C18 EWP (Extra Wide Pore) is a standard particle size silica, but due to its 500 Å pore size, it allows for more efficient extraction of macromolecules from biological fluids and aqueous matrices. This pore size can retain larger molecules (>15,000 MW) that are typically excluded by standard pore sizes, interacting with the bonded silica surface within the pores. C18 EWP enables the separation of mixtures of proteins, peptides, and nucleotides.
